Outside of coaching, I have a deep passion for snowboarding. What started as a travel experience in 2016 quickly became a lifelong pursuit—I earned my first CASI certification in 2018, followed by a Level 2 certification in 2019.
Snowboarding, much like career growth, requires resilience, adaptability, and year-round preparation to navigate changing terrains and unpredictable conditions. This mindset of continuous learning and mental strength is something I integrate into my coaching philosophy.
At Life-Tasting, I combine NLP techniques with leadership training from Coach U to create a warm, engaging, and results-driven coaching experience. My goal is to help you break through barriers, maximize your potential, and achieve lasting success.
